Obituary for William Edward Lowe
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Dr. William Edward Lowe (Bill).
Bill will be greatly missed by his Sister and Brother in Law Susan and Colin Hill, of Cambridge, UK as well as many dear friends and colleagues.
Bill was a valued and active member of the Perth Ontario Community. His absence will be realized in the many Volunteer Organizations in which he participated most especially The Perth Citizen's Band as well as the Perth Community Christmas Dinner.
