Ruth Ann Hoover (Umbach) was a lover of animals and worked as a Radio Operator in the Canadian Coast Guard for many years and had been retired for nearly 18. Her favorite pastime was having fun in her fabulous kitchen in which she produced many miraculous results to the absolute delight of her husband Dennis and her loving family. She is survived by her Sister Judith, Brother Gerald (Penny), Nephew Gerry (Trish) and her Grandnieces Gillian, Lydia and Zoe. She is also remembered by her Niece Rachel (Steve) and Nephew Rob (Carrie) in Saskatchewan, as well as her Aunt Marjorie in Calgary and many cousins. Ruth is predeceased by her Parents, Ronald and Vivian Umbach. As a tribute to Ruth's memory, in lieu of flowers or donations, please raise a toast to our beloved Ruth and be of good cheer and happy heart for a life lived well and fully.
