Obituary for Rose Celestrial Boyd (Leizert)
Passed peacefully, surrounded by family, on November 13th at age 93. Rose was the beloved wife of Calvin Boyd (d.).
She is survived by her loving daughter, Shirley Flegg, and grandchildren Diana Steele and Ivy MacDonald (Kevin).
Proud great-grandma of Amanda Keeler (Josh Brayton), Megan Gibson (Pat), Mychaila Macdonald, Aeshley Halcro (Alexander), Raivyn Halcro (Jesse), Krystian MacDonald, and Hailey MacDonald.
Great-great Grandma of Braydon, Wyatt, Nevaeh, and Logan. She will also be missed by many nephews and nieces.
She is survived by her siblings; Ida May (Joe d.), Mary (Garnet d.), Charles (Marilyn), Wayne (Marjorie), and predeceased by her daughter, Marion Baynham, her parents Herman & Clara Leizert, and her siblings, Herman (Carol), David (Ethel), Edward (Jessie d.), Morris (May), Cecil (Bernice d.), and Margaret (Ronnie).
Rose's Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, November 22nd, from 1-3 pm at St Andrew's Knox Presbyterian Church, 23 Bennett St, Spencerville, ON. A private family interment will follow.
In memoriam donations made to BGH Palliative Care would be greatly appreciated.
