Esther Lynne Aiken passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on October 22, 2022, at the age of 60. Beloved daughter of the late Evelyn and George Aiken, loving sister to Demonna, Stephen, Suzanne, Cindy and the late Larry Vasileff, and loving aunt to Laurie and Michael.

Esther spent countless hours in the company of her many beloved cats throughout her life and she loved all animals. She loved her church family and was a faithful servant to her God. She is fondly remembered as a funny, loving, kind, thoughtful and appreciative person who is sorely missed by those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

A special thanks to the ICU and 2nd Floor staff of the Brockville General Hospital for their compassionate care, to Pastor Kirk, Pastor Richard, and the fellowship of the Brockville Wesleyan Church, who meant so much to her and helped her immeasurably.

A private interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery in Brockville, and a funeral service will be held at the Brockville Wesleyan Church on Friday, October 28th, at 3 o'clock pm. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brockville Wesleyan Church would be gratefully acknowledged.
