Obituary for Elizabeth Lillian Anne Delli Pizzi (Warren)

Our precious mother, Elizabeth “Beth” Delli Pizzi received her wings and joined her husband Camillo Delli Pizzi.
At 5’ nothing, she was the rock of our family. We have so many precious memories which we will eternally be grateful for and appreciate every moment. Many laughs have been reminisced over the “whopper” incident, how each morning she would sound the “Delli Pizzi Trumpet”, her hilarious encounter with the neighborhood merry-go-round (the merry-go-round won, the yellow pants lost), and using her height to her advantage (she easily passed for one of the kids on Halloween and would go trick or treating as well). Mom’s skill with a set of knitting needles or crochet hook was incredible and we have many treasures to remember her by. Most of all, we will remember her for the values she instilled in our family that have served us well. Mom will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
Mom’s greatest love were her children; Angela (Jamie) and Cam (Stacey). In true, motherly, love it was us that she thought of until the end; our happiness was her happiness. She took great joy and was incredibly proud of the greatest grandchildren; Kelsey, Alyssa, and Ethan.
Our father, Camillo Delli Pizzi, predeceased her shortly before her and she did not go a single day without thinking of the 56 years they had spent together. We will miss our parents, now you are both together and can rest. Well, at least until after mom finishes making you dinner!
Beth will be sorely missed by her sister, Sharen (Carl), brother Bryce (Sharon), sisters-in-law Eleanor (Tony) and Nella (Nick). Fondly remembered by nieces and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations would be appreciated if made to the Brockville General Palliative Care.
At the family’s request (it has been an emotional final few months), we will have a private ceremony to celebrate her memory.
