It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Claudette Williams, surrounded by loved ones, on November 16, 2021.
Claudette will be lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of 60 years and best friend Stu, her children Kevan (Florence), Joey, and Scott (Melissa). Claudette was a wonderfully caring grandmother to Jessica, Charlotte, Sophia and Hudson and a great-grandmother to little Reese.
Claudette was predeceased by her mother and father, Jaqueline and Marcel Chartier, and her brother Russell Chartier.
In addition to being a loving wife and incredibly strong mother, she was a successful businesswoman who also loved interacting with others through her various volunteer work in the community and participated in various social activities. Anyone who knew Claudette witnessed her passion for her gardens over the years and her unique decorating style she imparted with delight throughout the family homes.
We want to thank all Claudette's doctors and nurses in Brockville and Kingston, who did a remarkable job with love and care. As per Claudette's wishes, a private family service will take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Brockville & Area Food Bank will be greatly appreciated.
